Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Central European Time. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days. This is the time required to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to FedEx.
Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days. This is the estimated time the package takes to travel from our facility in France to your delivery address.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from the moment your order is placed.

3. Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped exclusively via FedEx. This allows us to provide a reliable service with end-to-end tracking for every customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to FedEx, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the official FedEx website to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
